With our Audio Response System, CALL-24, you can keep "in touch" with your credit union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week using any touch-tone phone. CALL-24 allows you to conduct financial transactions from your living room, your office or even your car. Wherever you have a touch-tone phone, you can conduct the following transactions:

• Account inquires, including personal checks cleared
• Funds transfer between allowable accounts
• Withdrawals by check
• Loan payment transfers
• Current rate information
• PIN changes

To use CALL-24, call (973) 455-4020. It is fast, accurate and available wherever and whenever you are! Best of all, the system is easy to use. With simple instructions to guide you through each step of your transactions, there is no long list of codes to memorize - all you need is your member number and Personal Identification Number (PIN)! To ensure that it is easy to remember, you choose your PIN. And, you have the option of changing it anytime.

All Morristown FCU members are eligible to use this free service. If you would like to be able to transfer into other members' accounts, complete the member transfer authorization form and return it to the credit union by mail, fax or in person.

How To Use Our Audio Response System

From any touch-tone phone, call (973) 455-4020. After greeting you, the system will prompt you to choose one of the following options.

• To access Account # and PIN, press 1
• For Rates, press 2
• For Loan Calculator, press 3

After you have made your selection, CALL-24 will prompt you through all of your account transactions and inquiries. Just follow the instructions. After your transaction is complete, you can either disconnect or conduct another transaction.
